  Do not hire Mr. O’Kennedy as your attorney. You will be ill-advised. I had to hire a new one to clean up the mess he made.
  
  He is incompetent and unknowledgeable of the law (I looked online and had to advise him). He took a blasé attitude towards my case as he could care less, not returning my phone calls or responding to my emails. He made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. He was uncooperative in not performing/litigating according to my wishes. His staff is inexperienced and don’t know what they’re doing. Mr. O’Kennedy’s practice truly lacks the professionalism and compassion necessary when dealing with critical matters.
  
  The last straw was when he showed up late to a hearing, and was disheveled, reeking from probably “last night’s party” and was covered with dandruff. No polish or concern for presentation whatsoever. Fired!
