  I love living here! I’m a current student at Chapman University. Its only a 2 mile commute to the campus so its really nice not having to worry about too much morning traffic. Everyone who lives here is super nice, I’ve never had any issues with any of my neighbors. At first I thought that the train would be a problem because of noise but I really can’t hear it during the day or at night at all (but I am on the opposite side of the complex so that may be a factor). The manager is a gem also! She is very accomodating and attends to any maintenance issues as soon as possible. Thank you Briar Villa!
