  With a good referral and five star reviews I chose Alan Smith Pools to redo my pool, my decking and landscape (which was done by a good referred landscaper). Jason Stewart did a good job and contract was signed in February 2017. Work began on April 2, 2017. Work has been extremely slow with a lot of phone calls and waiting. The decking is in-the pool finally finished, but now there is no electricity, so I have no working pool motor, no working pool filter and no pool light. My pool is really dirty. My Project Manager, K.B., said he was sorry, that he dropped the ball on my project. Well he did and someone in this company needs to pick up the ball and finish this project. Was suppose to take two to three months. IT HAS BEEN SIX LONG MONTHS. To be continued if this is ever completed
